Laurie Jeanne (Evans) Flinn

Laurie Jeanne (Evans) Flinn, 54, passed away on the evening of December 8, 2025.

Celebration of Life: 3pm Tuesday December 16, 2025 in Prince – Gray Chapel at Browning Funeral Home.

In honor of Laurie, and in celebration of her life, the family requests that all those attending the service dress in bright colors.

Laurie was born January 17, 1971 in Tulsa, Ok; daughter of Gary Dale Evans and Connie (Burke) Evans Nichols.

Laurie loved the outdoors, and animals. She loved the border collies that her mother raised, and she loved her horse, Rosie, more than words can express.

She loved people and made friends easily. She also had a strong work ethic. She worked for several years in law enforcement in Oklahoma. Her strong work ethic, coupled with her love for animals would lead her to spend a long tenure on the Tulsa Mounted Patrol.

She is preceded in death by her father, Gary Dale Evans of Tulsa.

Survivors include her mother, Connie Evans Nichols and step-father, Jim Nichols of Aledo; sister, Lindsay Evans of Tulsa, OK; aunt, Pamela Johnson of Houston; cousin, Adrienne Johnson of Houston; great-aunt, Patricia Snider of Colorado; and numerous extended family and friends.
