Ira was born November 22, 1988 in Fort Worth; son of Jodee and Kimberly Kimberly Kay (North) Simmons.
Ira was instilled with a hard work ethic. He was a family man by nature; and loved to spend time with his mother, sisters, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father; and one sister, Rachel Simmons.
Survivors include his mother, Kimberly Kay Simmons; sister, Kimberly Nicole Simmons; nieces, Celeste Violante and Jalissa Billy; great-nephew, Giovanni Guzman; and numerous other extended family members and friends.
