Gary Donald Evans

Gary Donald Evans, 56, passed away on Friday August 22, 2025.

Visitation: 4-6pm Saturday September 6 in Prince – Gray Chapel at Browning Funeral Home

Gary was born December 24,1968 in Fort Worth; son of Ronald Eugene Evans and Elsie Jane (Downey) Evans.

Gary loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and riding his motorcycle.

He enjoyed listening to music and will always be remembered for his servant’s heart. He was known for helping others.

Of all of his interests in life, his first love was his family. He loved to just “hang out” and spend time with his children, but the title he held most dear was Grandpa.

Although his family was his first love, his dogs, Dinero, Lady, and Bella came in at a close second place.

He is preceded in death by his father; granddaughter, Makayla Starks; and one nephew, Elijah Smith.

Survivors include his daughters, Jennifer French (Tyler), Justina Evans, Joanna Watson, Terri Evans (Yankee Barker); grandchildren, Braxton, Raymond, Savanah, Ryan, Anabelle, Jeremy, Chloye, McKenzie, Blayze, Gracie, and Remington; mother, Jane Reyes; sister, Elizabeth Dawn Phillips, and Brandy Woods; brother, Eric Evans; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family members and friends.
