Gaile Lee Comeau

Gaile Lee (Brown) Comeau, 82, passed away on Friday July 17, 2026 in Weatherford.

A graveside service is being planned at a later date at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.

Gaile was born March 16, 1944 in San Diego, CA; daughter of Harold Richard Brown and Lorraine Ethel (Pfeiffer) Brown.

She worked for many years as a cashier for Home Depot, where she developed untold friendships with co-workers and customers.

She enjoyed spending time with her friends, having a cigarette and a good glass of wine. She also loved animals, especially her goats and her chihuahuas, Chubs and Dudley.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Robert “Bob” Comeau.

Survivors include her children, Michael Finney, Kindra Lucia and Brian Finney; 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren with one more on the way; and a lifetime of friends.
