Flora Virginia (Hamons) Baker passed away on Saturday July 19, 2025 in Weatherford.
A Celebration of Life is being planned at a later date.
Flora was born November 20, 1953 in West Virginia; daughter of Berg Emmit and Mary (Waddle) Hammons.
She was an avid reader, who could read up to 30 books a month. She loved animals and also enjoyed her lemon drops and coffee. Of all of her interests in life, Flora’s first love was her family. Her children and grandchildren were the light of her life.
Flora is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Jackie Ray Baker, Sr.
Survivors include her children, Jackie Ray Baker, Jr., and Crystal Beaty; grandchildren, Steven Baker, Justin Rogers, Emily Baker, Candace Baker, Haley Swarthout, and Logan Baker; great-grandchildren Carter, and Braelynn; and a host of extended family members and friends.
